This year, we included some special items for kids in our Willits pop-up distribution! We had candy and sugar pie pumpkins for each child in each household. There were so many pumpkins, we were able to distribute them in the Laytonville pop-up and at the Fort Bragg Food Bank as well!
This idea sparked our imagination for next year's Halloween celebration, so stay tuned!
This August, the Mendo Food Network is sharing on our website and social media daily posts to highlight how much further a donor's dollar goes in our hands.
