Fuel Costs Are Rising. Hunger Doesn't Wait.Support our freight fund today. Every gift matched 1:1 up to $2,000.
Donate NowEvery mile matters in a county as large as Mendocino. Help keep food moving.

Food has to move.
In 2025, the Mendo Food Network distributed 2.69 million pounds of food to 17,914 Mendocino County residents with the help of 33 food distribution partner organizations.
Every week, Mendo Food Network trucks travel throughout Mendocino County delivering food to partner agencies and community distribution sites, in addition to paying freight costs to food source organizations who deliver food to us for redistribution. Transportation is one of our largest operational expenses. Rising fuel and freight costs directly impact how much food can be moved and how many people can be served.
Mendo Food Network spends approximately $7,000/month on fuel and transportation costs to collect, transport, and distribute food throughout Mendocino County.
An anonymous donor has pledged a $2,000 matching gift to kick off our Freight Fund Campaign, doubling every donation made to the Freight Fund until the challenge is met. Lend your support now to double your impact and keep food moving.
